We’re Getting Married!

We first officially met each other at the community college we both attend, although we’d seen each other walking around campus but never introduced ourselves. I had just gotten out of my ASL class and was waiting for the next bus home when this good looking black man came up to me. He had a kind smile and as soon as he opened his mouth to say “hello, how are you?” I realized that he had a very strong accent and would soon come to find out that he was from Haiti! We introduced ourselves, got into a conversation and found out basic facts about each other. We decided to exchange numbers to keep in contact and the rest is history! ••••• Micael eventually told me that part of the reason he came up to me that day was because of a class assignment to meet and befriend more people around campus. But the biggest part was because I was “kind-looking, approchable, and beautiful.” ••••• We are both so grateful that God chose both of us to be put into each other’s lives and are so excited for the future He has planned for us! We cannot wait to celebrate the begining of this next chapter in our lives with you!
