Here’s what to do instead: Once you're outside the airport (yes, outside), that's the time to arrange your ride if you haven’t already booked one. When you go to get a taxi, look for the official taxi stand—there should be someone there who speaks English and can give you a clear idea of what your fare should be before getting into the taxi.
