Question

What are the rules for the wedding?

Answer

1. The most important rule for our wedding... HAVE FUN!!!! 2. We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you put away your phone during the ceremony and be fully present with us. 3. We ask that you do not start any drama. You will be asked to leave if any drama is started. 4. No alcohol is allowed on the property unless supplied by the venue. 5. Smoking is prohibited unless in a designated smoking area. 6. We are here to celebrate Jerry and Micaela's new beginning so please do not propose, announce engagements, pregnancies, or any other announcements. Please save that for another time where we can properly celebrate that moment. 7. There will be an open bar so we ask that you drink reasonably. We want you to have fun, however, you need to be responsible as well. 8. We kindly ask that everyone displays respect to each other and does not make negative comments directed at a individual. As this is a Viking themed wedding, some people have chosen to dress to theme. We are excited that they have chosen to dress to theme and we ask that no one has any aggression towards their appearance. If we do not have a problem with their appearance, then neither should you.

Question

RSVP information

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by September 1st, 2024 so that we have an accurate headcount. Due to limited seating, no other guests will be allowed that are not stated on your invitation. If you are unable to attend we ask that you RSVP “will not attend”. We understand that everyone may not be able to attend in person so we will have the service live streamed. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony starts so that way everyone can be seated and we can start on time. If you are running late please join the ceremony quietly to limit distractions.

We are excited to see our friends and family dress up on our big day! We ask that you come dressed to impress in your best business casual look! Remember to dress accordingly for the weather.

Question

Answer

We are praying that the weather will be sunny and around 40-50 degrees. However, we cannot control the weather. We will provide blankets for the ceremony as the plan is to have it outdoors.

Question

Are gifts required?

Answer

No gifts are not required! We simply want you to come and celebrate with us and have a good time. This is a time for us to celebrate and spend time with everyone. If you would like to still give a gift that is welcomed but do not feel obligated to.
