When is the RSVP Deadline?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are kindly requested to arrive no later than 2:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating prior to the ceremony. This will also allow some time for a welcome beverage and to get acquainted with other guests!

What if I arrive once the ceremony has already started—will I be allowed in or seated?

Answer

To ensure an uninterrupted ceremony, guests will not be permitted to enter or be seated once the ceremony has begun. We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 2:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Guests arriving after the ceremony start time will be welcomed once the ceremony has concluded.

Yes, there will be ample parking available at the venue.

Are rideshare services (Uber, Lyft) available in Oakville?

Answer

Yes, Uber and Lyft are available in Oakville but limited. Please note that wait times will be longer, particularly in the evening. We recommend you schedule them ahead of time!

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Cocktail Attire, with a Lean Toward Formal! We invite guests to celebrate with us in polished, elevated attire. We envision a formal-leaning cocktail look — elegant, festive, and celebratory — meanwhile encouraging you to wear what you have available and what makes you feel confident. For women, floor-length dresses, elegant midi dresses or dressy jumpsuits are all wonderful choices. We suggest bringing a light jacket, wrap, or shawl for comfort as temperatures may cool later in the evening. For men, suits are strongly encouraged; a dress shirt and tie or a blazer with slacks are also well-suited.

Are there any color inspirations for guest attire?

Our color palette is inspired by fig tones—rich, warm, and naturally elegant. Guests are welcome to wear deep berry, wine, plum, and other earthy jewel tones, along with soft neutrals that complement these shades such as olive, moss, soft gold, warm taupe, stone, and champagne. This palette is meant as inspiration only—guests are welcome to wear any colors they love and feel comfortable in!

Is the wedding outdoors? What shoes should I wear?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on a mixture of terrain. We recommend block heels, wedges, low heels, or dressy flats for comfort and ease.

What if I have any dietary restrictions?

Answer

When you RSVP, you’ll have the opportunity to share any dietary restrictions. Our caterers will do their best to accommodate all needs.

Are kids welcome?

While we love all of the little ones in our lives, attendance is limited to children specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

To ensure an intimate celebration, attendance is limited to those named on the invitation. We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing additional dates.
