What if I am concerned to travel due to COVID-19?

Answer

While we would love for you to be part of our special day, we definitely understand that travel and being around large groups at this time can be a concern. That being said, we will not be hurt or offended if you cannot make it to Jamaica to celebrate. You received an invite because we hold you near and dear to our hearts, and whether you can make it or not we are thankful for you and the role you play in each of our lives! Do I have to pay for my resort booking up front?

Answer

No! Sandals has a great booking system where you can make a deposit on a room and the remainder will not be due until 45 days prior to your scheduled vacation!

Question

Will rooms sell out at the resort?

Answer

Possibly. Sandals representatives have recommended all guests booking rooms ASAP, especially if you desire an upgraded room such as a club level or butler suite (think Geoffrey from Fresh Prince). Remember, if you book a room to reserve your spot at the resort, you will not be charged the full amount until 45 days before your vacation date!

What is Sandals' cancellation policy?

Answer

Sandals’ cancellations policy is as follows: if you cancel 31+ days before your trip, you will get 100% of your money refunded. If you cancel 15-30 days before your trip you will get a 50% refund. If you cancel within 0-15 days of your trip you will not get refunded. Travel protection can be also added to your reservation up to 45 days before your trip for an additional $114 per person, and protects you in the case that you have to cancel for any reason outside of the refund window. Will there be additional costs to me once on the resort? i.e. tips, meals, etc

Answer

Sandals representatives have told us that their main goal is for guests to not have to worry about anything once they are on the resort and that tips are not required as they are already included in your booking. For any off-resort activities such as excursions or any transportation, it is recommended to tip.

Can I bring my child to the wedding?

Answer

While we absolutely love your kids, Sandals is an adults only resort and will not permit anyone under age 18.
