The ceremony and reception will both take place on our property: 3767 Concession Road 3, Newcastle, Ontario. The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm, followed by the reception and dinner from 4:30pm to 7:30 pm. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
We're so excited to share that the ceremony will be held on our property! We have 10 beautiful acres of land, and the ceremony will take place in a peaceful clearing surrounded by cedar woods. It's one of our family's favourite spots, and we can't wait for you to experience with us.

Our wedding will have a rustic, outdoor feel, so we encourage you to dress in comfortable, elevated attire-- think casual elegance with a touch of country charm. We want you to feel great and look your best! The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on natural and gravel terrain, so we recommend comfortable footwear. A light jacket or cover-up is also a good idea, as the evening may get cooler. Florals, soft fabrics and earth tones will fit right in--but most of all, wear something you feel good in!
Yes! There will be plenty of parking on-site. We'll have designated spots marked on our driveway and around the property to help guide you. Just follow the signs when you arrive!
Our entire celebration will be outdoors, surrounded by nature! The ceremony will take place in the woods, and the reception will be held under a beautifully decorated white wedding tent on our property.
Yes! Dinner will be served buffet-style, and we'll be offering a cozy and delicious meal of lasagna, Caesar salad, and garlic bread-- Travis's favourite! We'll have both a classic meat lasagna and a vegetarian option made with roasted vegetables, so there's something for everyone. Plus, there will be several tables filled with snacks and treats to enjoy throughout the evening--come hungry!
Yes! We'll have bottles ready for toasting, so don't worry about your champagne glass running dry! That said, our celebration is BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze) just keep it in plastic or cans, so feel free to bring your favourite drinks to enjoy throughout the night. Cheers!
While we love your little ones, we're keeping our guest list intimate and have only invited a select few children to join us. If your child is personally invited, their name will be included on your invitation.
