Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress in semi-formal attire. Think suits and cocktail dresses; gowns are also welcome! We ask that you please refrain from wearing jeans.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We are very sorry, but we are unable to extend the invitation to children. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day!

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

We care a lot about dietary restrictions and food allergies because Mia is the bride. There should be a space when you RSVP to put in any restrictions, and a separate plate will be made for you! :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle will arrive at the venue at approximately 5:30 pm. Guests should be seated by 5:50 pm, for the 6 pm ceremony. No late arrivals will be allowed into the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service to/ from the ceremony outside of the Courtyard New Braunfels River Village and outside of the Fairfield Inn and Suites/Holiday Inn and Suites (which share the same parking lot). Pickup will be at 4:20 pm and shuttles back will be at 9:00 pm and 11 pm. Please note that Ubers may not be reliable from the venue location.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking right outside of the ceremony space. However, if you do decide to drive please be mindful that Uber's may not be readily available in the evening. Please make a safe plan for getting home! :)
