Please join us for a celebration of elegance in formal black tie attire. Tuxedos and evening gowns admired, please see the preferred color palette in your mailed wedding invitation.
Doors will open to guest(s) at 4:45 pm, for a prompt 5:30 pm start time. We kindly request all guest(s) to be seated by 5:20 pm. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will not be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.
We kindly request that all guest(s) RSVP by Tuesday, November 18, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to have you in attendance, however we have a deadline to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. This is an invitation only event. Upon arrival, please proceed to the check-in table and provide your first and last name(s).
Your invitation will explicitly state if a plus one has been given to you. Unless there is a plus one added to your invitation, we are asking to limit bringing additional guest(s).
We respectfully request no children in attendance at this event, with the exception of those in the wedding party and immediate family.
Guest(s) staying at the Hyatt Regency Dallas are able to access the wedding venue through the connecting tunnel, located on the lower level of the hotel lobby.
Guest parking spaces in the lot are $8-10 each. Regular monitoring is in place, and non-payment may result in towing. Payment options include using the credit card kiosk on-site or scanning the QR codes located in the parking lot to pay online via your cell phone. We encourage carpooling or ride shares if possible.
A formal plated sit-down dinner will be served at the reception. If any dietary restrictions apply, please indicate that when filling out your RSVP card.
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Our photographers are amazing and would love to capture your faces and not your devices. Please silence and put away all phones and cameras and enjoy this intimate moment with us. Thank you!
Your presence and your prayers are the greatest gift of all. However, should you choose to bring a gift, a contribution to our future together would be very much appreciated. Gift cards or cash preferred, QR code will be available day of event.
