What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be seated at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a free parking lot at the Basilica of St. Josaphat and street parking. Most street parking is free, but please follow posted city signs. There is free valet parking at the Wisconsin Club.

Will there be shuttles to the reception after the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be Wisconsin Club shuttles running from the hotel blocks (DoubleTree, Residence Inn, Saint Kate) to the Wisconsin Club beginning around 4:30pm. The shuttles will be in contact with the hotel lobby to coordinate timing.
