When should I book my room by?

Answer

Our venue, Crystal Springs Resort, has recommended that guests reserve as soon as possible given that it will be the Holiday Season. Our room block has rooms on hold for guests to book in both the main resort (Grand Cascades Lodge) and it's sister entity (Minerals Hotel). You are more than welcome to find other accommodations on your own!

Which airport should I fly into?

Newark Airport is an hour drive from Crystal Springs Resort.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation states "and guest," then yes, we will welcome your guest! Please keep in mind we could not do this for everyone given space capacities.

We request that guests arrive by 5pm. The ceremony will start at 5:30pm.
