Pierre and I met on May 20, 2018. The day before our first date, a family friend text me and asked if it was okay to give her clients’ son my phone number. I told her that would be fine, and he texted me later that day. After a brief text conversation, he asked me to lunch the next day. We had a great time on our lunch date, we agreed to meet up again soon, and well... the rest is our happily ever after! It didn’t take long for us to fall in love with each other. In fact, it was almost immediate. He asked me to be his girlfriend on June 15th and on July 20th he asked me to be his wife. Many may think it’s crazy, but when you know, you know. What’s even crazier is that we’ve known about each other for years! Pierre’s mom and I share the same hairstylist. Several years prior to us meeting, his mother and my hairstylist made several attempts to hook us up. However, during that time we were both in relationships. So, it wasn’t until years later, we were able to come together and form a special bond that we’ve never felt with anyone else. I guess you can say the timing was perfect.
