Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome party: Dressy casual -- bring out those cowboy boots if you have them! Wedding day: Cocktail attire -- dress to impress!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please visit the travel section of our website to find hotel recommendations. We encourage you to book as soon as you know you are available as it is a very busy time in Vail. We are so excited to see you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely LOVE kids and know they bring so much joy, but due to limited space at the reception venue we can only accommodate for those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your flexibility and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Again, because of our venue capacity, we are able to invite only those listed on your wedding invitation. We apologize in advance and thank you for understanding!

Question

I'm not renting a car, what should I do to get around?

Answer

The town of Vail offers a convenient and free bus system with multiple routes. On wedding day, the Vail Transportation Center is the best stop for the chapel. To get to Donovan Pavilion, take the West Vail green bus to the Matterhorn stop, and you'll be just a short walk from the venue. Visit the website for more info: https://www.vail.gov/government/departments/transportation-services/bus-information

Question

What should I do with the time between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

The Vail Interfaith Chapel is just steps from the heart of Vail Village. Stroll over to the iconic Sonnenalp Hotel for a cocktail at the cozy King’s Club, or enjoy a craft beer at Vail Brewing Co. before catching the bus for hors d'oeuvres cocktail hour at Donovan Pavilion.
