There will be ample parking at the wedding venue. If you are unable to drive at the end of the night, cars can be left at the venue overnight; they just need to be picked up by 12 pm (noon) on Sunday, July 12th. If you are planning to Uber home from the venue, we recommend scheduling an Uber ahead of time. Please schedule for as close to 10 pm as possible. The venue would like us to be gone by 10:30 pm.
We will be having a buffet that should be accommodating to most dietary restrictions. Mia is vegetarian and Luke is gluten-free, so we have no shortage of understanding about needing food accommodations. If you are worried about having options, let us know.
The dress code is semi-formal. Dress up, but wear something you feel comfortable in and get ready to get after it on the dance floor. And remember to wear shoes you can get around grass and gravel on.
Yes, the ceremony is outside in a forested area. Dinner will be outside in a lawn next to the reception area. The reception is in an open-air barn, so the only area that will have a roof. Keep an eye on the weather forecast, and plan accordingly. July is Spokane is typically pretty hot.
