Primarily outdoors but there are areas to sit inside whenever you need/want to.

Yes, but please let the bride or groom know so accommodations can be made.

The menu is strictly vegetarian but if you have any additional food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform the bride or groom ahead of time.

Yes, it is a very easy process that should take a total of 15 min to complete.

When should I book my flights and what airport should I fly into?

Answer

The celebrations start on the 18th so please plan to arrive in India on the 18th and the events will conclude by the 20th so return flight can be booked the 20th night. The recommended airport to fly into is BLR. Please be aware of the travel time when booking the flights. (You typically lose a day when travelling from the US to India)

3 days total--the 18th to the 20th. The 20th is the day the couple will be "tying the knot". The other days will have pre-wedding celebrations.
