WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. The ultimate deadline is May 31st, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'not coming'. The early deadline allows us to timely provide the venue with a total guest count. And also, if you cannot make it, we can invite other friends and family. We hope you understand!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accomodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll specifically be addressed in the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. If your plus one cannot make it, please let us know so we can look into inviting other friends and family :-) Thank you for understanding!

ARE MY CHILDREN WELCOME?
Answer
As much as we (really really) love your lil' ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults. Teenagers are the exception in this case.

ARE THERE SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS?
Answer
We have reserved the estate exclusively for our wedding, accommodating up to 70 people. We have invited up to 80 people, meaning some of our friends and family will have to sleep nearby at a local bed & breakfast. For those who are staying at the estate, we will pay a large sum of the accommodations, however we will ask €150 per person to cover a part of the costs. In return, we do not expect a wedding gift. Your presence is already greatest gift we can ask for. If you would prefer to stay at the nearby B&B (no more than a 15 minute walk), please let us know. This would help us so much!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
Do birds fly? Does a car drive? Of course there will be an open bar after the reception. On the first night, during the rehearsal dinner / pizza party we will serve a few drinks, but not more. We don't want (ourselves) everyone to be hungover on the big day.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We kindly ask you to put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us! We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. If you have a digital camera, you're allowed to use it. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. We will create a digital environment afterwards where you can upload all of your newly made memories.

IS THE WEDDING OUTSIDE?
Answer
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please make sure to be dressed appropriately; bring a (lovely) hat and or sunglasses to keep cool in the shade. And of course, remember to keep hydrated throughout the day. If it rains, the venue has options to host the ceremony inside!

CAN I COME FOR ONE OR TWO DAYS?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. We do ask that you stay all four days.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Answer
The coolest wardrobe obviously. Swim trunks. We will arrange everything else as far as food (we think?) expect for lunch & dinner on the pool day. The villa's do have a kitchen so you are free to get some snacks for yourself.

WHY DOES IT SAY 5 EVENTS ON THE RSVP PAGE?
Answer
That's because we created 1 MAIN event for the weekend and 4 separate events for the schedule (welcome party, wedding, pool day & check-out). You only need to RSVP to the MAIN event (full weekend).
