The wedding is cocktail attire! This means a semi-formal dress code that is more elevated than casual wear but less formal than black-tie events. Some example photos are shown above. This is not a super strict dress code- just wear something nice that you are comfortable in!
June in Queenstown usually has plenty of sunshine with moderate rain and humidity. Lows in early-mid June are typically mid 60s with highs in the high 70s. Some other things to note: - The pool IS heated - Ceremony and reception will be held outside in the evening as long as weather permits. If there is heavy rain we will figure something out indoors. - The airbnb is on the water with a dock and walk-in water access
Pack for 60s-80s and sunny weather. There will be a welcome dinner and Saturday morning brunch, however these are casual events and no dressy attire is expected. The wedding itself is cocktail attire. Don't forget to pack: - Swimsuits, as there is an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and and a dock on the bay along with kayaks and paddleboards - Warmer clothes for being outdoors in the evening/night (there is a fire pit) - Golf clothes if you choose to golf on Thursday
No gifts, please — your company is all we need! But if you insist, you can help us make some memories on our honeymoon by donating to the honeymoon fund under the registry tab
Yes! Mia will be changing her last name to Opferbeck and making her middle name Dickinson.
The ceremony and/or reception are likely to be held in grassy areas. Please wear shoes that allow you to walk on grass.
