Question

HOW DO WE RSVP? WHEN DO WE RSVP BY?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab at the top and enter one of the listed names in your envelope. Kindly respond by May 1st, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you could notify us as soon as possible. Any RSVPs received after this date will be considered a "no" as we will be finalizing headcounts with vendors after the deadline. Alternatively, you may text Jim or Mia to confirm your attendance or inform us if you're unable to attend.

CAN WE BRING OUR KIDS?

Please note that both the ceremony and reception will be adults-only events. We appreciate your understanding!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our dress code is summer formal for our wedding day.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our closest family and friends. At this time, we are not extending plus ones. If your partner is invited, their name is included on your invitation.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES THROUGHOUT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony in the church. However, photos are welcome and encouraged during cocktail hour and the reception. Please share the love by sending us any photos afterwards!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

On-site parking is available at St. Cyprian's for the wedding ceremony. For the reception, parking options include St. Augustine street or nearby city lots. Following the ceremony, there will be horse carriages available to transport guests from the ceremony to the reception. However, there will not be transportation from the reception back to the church. If you decide to park at the church and take the carriages to the reception, please remember to return for your car later that evening or the following morning. For your convenience, recommended hotels listed in the travel tab include details on walking distances to The White Room reception venue.

What can we do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The reception doors will open promptly at 6:00 PM to begin cocktail hour. Prior to that, the lobby of the reception hall will be open for our guests. Additionally, we invite you to explore downtown St. Augustine, as our venue is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just steps from the water.
