Please RSVP by February 14th.
Festive formal. Ladies, a favorite lovely dress. Gentlemen, a suit or sport coat. Mia and Ian love bright and bold colors; and since they won’t be wearing them, it’s up to you!
You will most likely park on the road and be escorted by golf cart to the ceremony. You will walk on a bit of country dirt and gravel. So think about your shoes. We love stillettos but we don’t love twisted ankles. There will be a guest book, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.
Part of Mia & Ian’s story is that they grew up as neighbors, but didn't know it. Perfect strangers, only 2 miles a part, most likely passing each other on Ladd Road, for 17 years….until Covid put them in the same classroom. On March 21st, they are inviting you to celebrate those 2 meaningful miles that once separted them. You will parade from Beachlers to Venemans. If you have a special occasion car, get it out of the barn, kick the tires, shine it up, and drive it! Borrow from your uncle or carpool if you must.
You will have an opportunity to congratulate the bride and groom here, before being welcomed into the dining room for dinner, and all the evening festivities.
