Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 30, 2026 so we can finalize our guest list and make sure everyone has a seat (and a plate of dinner!).

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes early to find their seats and settle in. Our celebration will continue at Great Bear Ski Valley until 11:00 PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress Code is Formal Attire. Dress to impress — suits and elegant dresses are encouraged. No jeans, please.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a “+1,” you’ll see that option on your RSVP card.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during our ceremony. We’re having an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Don’t worry — our photographer will capture everything, and we can’t wait to share those photos with you afterward!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your love and presence at our wedding are the greatest gifts of all. For those who would like to honor us with a gift, we are registered through Zola.

Question

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Great Bear Ski Valley. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the grass near the trees, and the reception will follow just a short walk away at the ski lodge. Guests will not need to drive anywhere between locations.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Great Bear Ski Valley offers plenty of on-site parking for all guests. You’ll be able to park close to the venue for both the ceremony and reception.
