Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or shorts!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be no open bar, but the venue will have a cash/card bar offered. Due to our venue, we please ask for our guests to not bring in their own alcohol. We respect the people that own it and do not want anything to happen to their business, so please if you would like to drink, there will be a cash/card bar at the venue. Thank you!

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4PM, so please arrive early enough to find a seat, enjoy a beverage, and socialize before the ceremony begins!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we will go right into the reception. We will be doing pictures before, so after the ceremony, we will have two people guiding you to find your seats!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than April 30th, 2024. Earlier is always appreciated. You can RSVP by going to the website given to you in the invitation.

What is the welcome dinner?

Answer

Emilee and I felt that since many of our guest are traveling to Iowa for our special day, we would do something special for you all! We welcome you to come have dinner with us the night before the big day at 5PM. If you decided to come, please call or text Mia @ (815) 258-4550. Thank you!
