Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, no, unless it is specifically mentioned on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20- 30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 1:00 PM to ensure you’re seated and ready.

Question

What should we do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

After the ceremony, we encourage all guests to head to The Broadmoor, where cocktail hour will begin at 4:00 PM. Since there is a gap between the ceremony and reception, guests will have plenty of time to explore and enjoy the resort’s many amenities, including: The Hotel Bar – Grab a drink and take in the beautiful surroundings. Scenic Walks Around the Lake – Enjoy a stroll through The Broadmoor’s picturesque grounds and gardens. Bowling & Arcade – Have some fun at Play at The Broadmoor, which features a six-lane bowling alley and classic arcade games. Shopping – Browse the resort’s boutiques and specialty shops. Dining Options – If you’d like a bite to eat before cocktail hour, The Broadmoor has several excellent restaurants, including: The Golden Bee – A lively English pub with great drinks and classic pub fare. Café Julie’s – A European-style café with artisan chocolates, pastries, and sandwiches. We encourage you to take advantage of all The Broadmoor has to offer before the evening festivities begin!

Question

If I don’t RSVP in time, can I still attend?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. If you don’t RSVP by the deadline (June 1), we won’t be able to accommodate you. We have a finalized guest list, seating arrangements, and catering plans that cannot be adjusted at the last minute. We would love to celebrate with you, so please make sure to RSVP on time to secure your spot. Thank you for understanding!
