When are RSVPs due?

Answer

The deadline for responses is November 15th, 2026, as we need to provide final numbers to our vendors. Any RSVPs not received by that date will be marked as 'no.' We appreciate your understanding and timely response!

The full registry can be found here on Zola, but you can also visit Amazon.com and search for it using their names and wedding date.

What will the schedule be?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30. Once the ceremony is over, guests will be invited to head to the Barn. A cash bar will open at that time and savory snacks will be available for you while Rohr & Morrow family pictures, along with a few more pictures of the newlyweds, will be taken in the Chapel while the sun sets. Once those are completed, the wedding party will come to the Barn and dinner will be served shortly thereafter.

Will the wedding and the reception be in the same place?

Answer

If December weather allows, the wedding ceremony will take place in the open-air Chapel. This Chapel has no walls on two sides, so please bring a weather-appropriate layer for warmth. The reception will take place inside the Stone Hill Barn on the same campus. If weather absolutely does not allow the wedding to take place in the Chapel, the ceremony will take place in the Barn, also.

Where should I park for the ceremony?

Answer

There will be designated parking lots available. We understand that a venue-owned golf cart will likely be available to help those who need it to get from your car to the Chapel to the Barn, etc.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want everyone to be present with us during the moment. We have hired a wonderful photographer who will be capturing the ceremony. But other than the ceremony, please take as many pictures as you'd like! We will have a QR code link on the reception tables where you can share your best shots with us!

We have hired Hog Wild Pit BBQ to provide a delicious meal for everyone!!
