If you ask us "How did you meet?" it's likely that we will both chuckle and say "Do you want the short version, or the long version?" We grew up in Oklahoma City, and are both the oldest of 5 children. Between mutual family friends and our siblings, our mother's became friends and were in the same bible study together years ago. Penny and Vionette spent lots of time praying for their children and their future spouses...not knowing what the future would hold. And Vionette even gave Baird a summer job circa 2009. (IYKYK) Fast forward to 2018. While we may be shy to admit it... we matched on Bumble and the rest is history. We made the connection of our families and thought "Wow, OKC is too small!" Baird cooked a lovely meal for our first date, and quickly turned Mia into a foodie. We have spent the last 5 years eating exotic foods, traveling, and enjoying being each other's best friend. To each and every one of you... thank you for playing such a special role in our journey. We can't wait to celebrate together in April!!!
