Holiday Inn Express St.Augustine-Vilano Beach
We recommend the Holiday Inn as our preferred hotel since we have a room block there! You can call and mention the group code: BBW to book your hotel, or you can book online using the group code BBW. You will need to select your desired dates for booking and under the "rate preference" tab, you will need to find "group code" and enter BBW. Once you complete this step, the room block rates will appear. A shuttle will be available for pickups and drop-offs at this hotel for the ceremony and reception. If you call and find that more rooms are needed in the block, just let me know, and I’ll assist you with that. To arrange for an earlier check-in, you'll need to call the morning of your reservation. The Hyatt hotel does NOT have a room block; it’s just a suggested option for a different atmosphere than the Holiday Inn (our designated hotel). The Hyatt is located directly across the street from the Holiday Inn, so the shuttle will also serve this location. However, please note that there are no discounted rates available since there are no blocked rooms. You might want to explore third-party platforms like Expedia for potentially better rates!

For transportation for the ceremony and reception to and from the venue, the shuttle will operate for pickups from 3:45 PM to 4:30 PM and for drop-offs back at the hotel from 8:15 PM to 10:15 PM. Please be aware that parking is not allowed on the property. If you decide to stay at other nearby hotels (other than the Hyatt or Holiday Inn) or Airbnb, you’ll need to arrange alternative transportation (such as Uber, Lyft, or a limo) to the venue. If you are choosing to use a third-party transportation, such as Uber, the address that you can provide is 4261 Coastal Highway. We’d love to help you, but our shuttle service has limited routes! The shuttle will meet you out front of the Hyatt and out front of the Holiday Inn. The shuttles hold a capacity of 14 people, so the shuttle will be circulating between the Holiday Inn and Hyatt until they reach a capacity of 14. Shuttle trips to and from the venue take approximately 15 minutes round-trip. If you do not make it on the shuttle you had originally planned for, wait outside for the next one to arrive.
