When the weather is nice in Philly this is the go to spot for outdoor hammocks, food trucks, and a floating bar on the river. You never know what you’ll see here I’ve seen fire jugglers, break dancers, fireworks, and free concerts so don’t miss this while you’re here!
If you asked either of us what our ideal date is we'd say hiking the Wissahicken with Blue and stopping at Valley Green Inn for lunch. If you go here start on the trail and quickly you'll see a path that veers up into the woods on your right, from here there are miles of trails all off the beaten track. Did you know that Fairmount park is the largest landscaped park in the world?!
The Jazz Bar From Our First Date
This was the Hookah Bar From Our First Date If You Like Belly Dancing and Hookah this is a Fun Night !
Right across the Street from our first apartment together, Love Park has been completely renovated so if you haven't been in Philly for a while be sure to check it out!
We Just Did This For Dave's Surprise 30th Birthday, we did The Agency Challenge and We Escaped Let's See if You Can Too!
Dave and I recently bought our first house in East Falls this is one of our favorite local spots. The pizza is amazing and our favorite part is you can sit outside with your dog off leash! (This is certainly Blue's favorite part of our new neighborhood no contest!)
Very authentic Italian BYOB restaurant located in our new neighborhood East Falls. Even if you order the same thing twice they always make their dishes a little different incorporating only the freshest in-season ingredients. This place is the best but be sure to call for reservations before you go!
If you're from out of town no trip to Philadelphia is complete without exploring Old City and this is a really fun stop to add to your itinerary. Be sure to play some Jenga and Life-Sized chess here in between historical sites!
This Is where Dave and I had our third date. This is truly the most amazing manicured outdoor and indoor garden displays I have ever seen. It stretches over 1,077 acres! We make it a tradition to go at least once per year and it never ceases to amaze!
