When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please send your RSVP as soon as you can. The latest we can accept your response is December 12, 2024. If we do not receive a response by this date, it will be marked as a "NO." We will miss celebrating with you; however, we must promptly provide the total guest count to the venue, and we cannot accept late RSVPs past this point. We hope you understand.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
While we would love to celebrate with all of our loved ones, our venue has limited capacity. As much as we’d love to accommodate everyone, we must kindly adhere to our anticipated guest list. For some, we've already included their plus ones in their RSVP invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 2 PM, so we recommend arriving as early as 1:30 PM to ensure you are seated on time.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
We certainly love your kids, but due to necessity rather than choice, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue. The only children attending are those who are part of the entourage and those specifically requested. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off.

Can we take photos or videos during the ceremony?
Answer
Please keep our ceremony CAMERA-FREE. We hired an amazing team to capture the moments. Though our "I dos" are unplugged, our reception is not. Once we finish our first kiss, you are free to take shots. Most importantly, please do not block the view of our hired professional photo and video team. We promise to share the photos after the wedding.

Do you have a gift preference?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, we kindly ask for a contribution towards our future together. A cash gift would be most appreciated as we embark on this new chapter. For those who prefer to send their gifts electronically, we have provided a QR code linked to our e-Wallet. Thank you for your love and generosity!

Can we sit anywhere during the reception?
Answer
No. We planned a seating arrangement for our guest's convenience and group familiarity. Our coordinator will gladly assist you on your designated seats.

To keep the focus on our wedding day, we kindly ask that any special announcements or celebrations—such as proposals or other exciting news—be reserved for another occasion. We’re grateful for your understanding and support in making this day truly dedicated to our love story.

What should we do once the ceremony is done?
Answer
Once the ceremony is complete, all guests (except those in the entourage) are warmly invited to proceed directly to the wedding reception at St. Jude Coop Hotel. While you wait for the couple to finish their church photos, feel free to explore our designated bars and stations, where you can enjoy delicious refreshments and mingle with fellow guests. We hope you take this time to relax and celebrate as we prepare for a wonderful evening ahead!
