Question

Lincolnshire Marriott Resort

The hotel requires all individuals regardless of vaccination status to wear a mask in public areas throughout the facility: lobby, hallways, restrooms, and restaurants. For guests who are not fully vaccinated, wearing a mask is required at all times.

Question

Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit

Answer

For the ceremony, the church requires guests to wear a mask indoors and to social distance when possible. Expect to see the bridal party not wearing masks and anyone who may be presenting. Disposable masks will be available.

Question

Lakeside Pavilion - Cocktails

Answer

Cocktail hour is outside of the Lakeside Pavilion on the patio. Masks are not required although you may choose to wear one at your own discretion.

Question

Lakeside Pavilion - Dinner

Answer

The reception is inside the Lakeside Pavilion. There are 3 double doors which will remain open to allow air circulation. Please plan accordingly for the weather – there is no coat check. Guests are encouraged to wear a mask when not eating or drinking. Disposable masks along with hand sanitizers will be provided at the place card and guest book tables.

Question

Lakeside Pavilion - Dancing

Answer

The dance floor is inside the Lakeside Pavilion. The Marriott has reconfigured the room layout from their typical wedding arrangement so that the dance floor is adjacent to open exterior doors, providing increased air flow. The outdoor cocktail patio will remain open all evening for guests that wish to be outside.

Question

COVID Testing

Answer

We are encouraging all vaccinated guests and require any non fully vaccinated guests to get a COVID test prior to coming regardless of symptoms. Many tests can be found at pharmacies or may be provided free in your area. These are not normal times and things can change quickly, so please do not hesitate to reach out or talk to us if needed. We wish to make our wedding as comfortable and fun as possible for all and we look forward to celebrating with you in a safe and joyous space.
