Fairmont Mayakoba

We have reserved rooms for our 40 guests (yes, you are a part of an intimate group of immediate family and closest friends!) for Thursday, November 17th - Sunday, November 20th. However, the room block rate is good for 3 days before and/or after our event dates, so feel free to take advantage of the deal and extend your stay. If you have not done so already, please book your stay no later than October 18th using this link. (Note: The $178/night rate is NOT the all-inclusive rate. Flight

Cancun, Mexico

To get to the Fairmont Mayakoba, please fly into Cancun Airport (CUN). The resort is 30 miles from the airport, so you will need to take a cab or shuttle after you land. Once you arrive at the Fairmont, all events are on-location, so unpack and relax knowing that you can be-bop around the private gated resort community made up of nearly 600 acres of rainforest via golf cart, bicycle, or water taxi through the lush lagoons that run through the rainforest and down to the ocean.

Rental Car

Cancun Airport Transportation Service

We recommend using this transportation service to book yourself a car or van to and from the airport. The resort is located in Playa del Carmen, about an hour away from the Cancun airport. While you may book a car directly through the resort, this service is significantly cheaper (about $55 one way).
