Shuttle information for the Wedding Day

We’ve arranged for shuttles to and from the wedding venue on Saturday 7/12. The two pickup locations are located at: 
Eagle Harbor Inn: 291 Madison Ave S, Bainbridge Island, WA This location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the ferry station and good for anyone at AirBnB’s in the downtown Bainbridge area Marshall Suites: 350 High School Rd NE, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110 Wedding venue is located at: Manor House at Pleasant Beach: 4611 Woodson Ln NE, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110 Shuttle Schedule for Saturday 7/12: 3:50 PM - Shuttle pickup at Eagle Harbor Inn 4:00 - 4:10 PM - Shuttle pickup at Marshall Suites Shuttle drop off at Manor House ~ 4:20 PM 4:30 PM - 2nd shuttle pickup from Marshall Suites Final Shuttle drop off at Manor House - 4:45 PM Please plan to arrive no later than 4:45 PM for a 5 PM event start Return Trips to both Marshall Suites and Eagle Harbor Inn will begin at: - 10:00 PM - 10:30 PM - 11:00 PM If you are not staying at one of the two hotels listed above, you are still welcome to use the shuttle service to get you from downtown Bainbridge to and from the wedding venue.

Additional Travel Resources

Guests are also more than welcome to drive to and from the venue on wedding day. There is sufficient parking, but of course please make responsible decisions around alcohol use and driving. Depending on your location, some alternate options are below: Jack Flash - golf carts that drive around downtown Bainbridge until 8 PM - they are limited to the downtown Bainbridge area, but a good option to and from the ferry, welcome drinks and shuttle locations on the way to the wedding. Flight

Fly into Seattle

To get to Bainbridge Island, fly into Seattle and take the ferry to the Island. The ferry terminal is located on the Seattle waterfront at Pier 52. Please note that ride share and taxis are not reliable in Bainbridge, so plan to rent a car in Seattle and drive onto the ferry if you are staying outside walking distance of the venue.

There are plenty of AirBnB options on the Island for anyone wanting a more private accomodation. We will be doing a shuttle service for all those staying in Bainbridge with pickup/dropoff at the Eagle Harbor Inn, so we would advise staying close to the Inn!

Located a 10 minute drive from our wedding venue. We will provide shuttle service for the Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding for guests staying here. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer a discount code for guests.

Located in downtown Bainbridge and a 10 minute drive from our wedding venue, the Eagle Harbor Inn is a small boutique hotel with 7 rooms. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer a discount code for guests.

We will be providing shuttle service for guests staying here. Please let us know if you book here so we can make sure shuttles include everyone!
