We met on the Hinge dating app in January 2023 - we both were initially drawn to each other’s smiles and what we thought they revealed about one another as a person. Shortly after, we had our first date at North Bar in Tribeca. It didn't take long to confirm our initial assumptions and that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. After two and a half years and many adventures, we celebrated our engagement back where it started at North Bar after Erik proposed on the rooftop of our Upper West Side apartment building.
