Where do I park and enter the venue?

Answer

Please refer to the above image to make it easy for you!! Pull into the parking lot and drive around the building to find guest parking. To get inside the venue, follow the signs along the pathway leading to the door that opens onto the patio and lawn area where the ceremony will take place. Overnight parking is not permitted, so if you plan on drinking please make arrangements for an Uber.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The venue opens at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 4:30pm to find your seat. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm!

What the heck does Texas formal mean?

Answer

Texas Formal is a unique blend of classic semi-formal attire with a relaxed, Southern twist. It’s polished but not overly fancy. Our venue has a relaxed charm, so we want guests to feel comfortable while still looking sharp. For the ladies: Cocktail or midi dresses, maxi dresses, nice jumpsuits or blouses with skirts or dress pants. Cowboy boots, wedges, or heels are all welcome. For the gents: Nice jeans or slacks, dress shirt (tie optional), blazer if desired, and cowboy boots or dress shoes. A cowboy hat is welcome but not required. The wedding party will be wearing shades of teal, brown and orange. If you'd like, feel free to choose other rich, Fall-inspired colors to match the seasonal aesthetic.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please keep phones and cameras away during our ceremony. We’ve paid professional photographers to capture everything beautifully. We also want our guests to be fully present with us. After the ceremony, feel free to capture and post all the memories you’d like during the reception. We can’t wait to see everything through your eyes too!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To keep the event intimate, we are respectfully limiting attendance of children to our immediate family and wedding party only. If your child’s name is listed on your RSVP and you decide to enjoy a night out without the little ones, please let us know if they won’t be joining so we can let the venue know the final kid count.

Can I bring a plus one?

If your plus one is listed on your RSVP, then yes! If not, I’m afraid we won’t be able to accommodate additional guests.

What if I want to leave before the grand exit?

Answer

If you're ready to head out before the send off exit, please feel free to make an Irish goodbye, no need for formal farewells! We want you to enjoy the night, and a quiet exit is completely acceptable and preferred so we can celebrate without interruption. Thank you for celebrating with us!

We’ve provided a list of great hotel options in the area for your convenience located under the Travel section on our website, but please note that we’re not arranging any room blocks at this time.
