Dress code is cocktail or dressy casual attire (please no jeans or shorts). The ceremony & reception will be outdoors on grass and gravel, so please choose your footwear accordingly.
We have hotel blocks at two hotels in Detroit Lakes- the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn & Suites. You can find more information regarding this and transportation to/from these two hotels on the "Travel" tab of our website. If you are planning to stay in our hotel block, please ensure you do so sooner than later to ensure rooms are available and that you receive the room block rate. June is peak season in Detroit Lakes, so rooms book up quickly!
There is plenty of parking at the venue. We are also providing complimentary transportation to/from the Holiday Inn and Country Inn & Suites hotels. Buses will begin loading at 4pm and departing promptly at 4:15pm for the venue. Return times from the venue will be 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm.
Ceremony begins at 5:00pm. Please arrive by 4:45pm to ensure the ceremony starts on time.
Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.
We love your children, but this is an adults only wedding with some exceptions for our family members with older children.
Please join us Friday night, June 13th, at the Bucks Mill Brewing in Detroit Lakes for celebratory drinks! Stop in anytime between 7-10pm. The brewery does not have food, but you are more than welcome to bring food in if you would like.
