Do I need to worry about transportation to the hotel and airport?

Answer

NO! The airport shuttle is included but you can always get something private. The shuttle taking you back to the airport always picks up 5 hours before your flight. The hotel does not budge on that.

What food and drinks are included?

Answer

ALMOST ALL! There are about 6 restaurants that are included. There is one restaurant that is not and one restaurant that you have to be staying in the 18+ building to get access to. Other than that, food AND drinks are included everywhere. You may need to make reservations for some of these locations.

I have looked at the parks and they look fun, which ones are included?

Answer

Again ALL! All the Xcaret parks are included. There are also some tours included or water taxis to nearby islands. Some reservations ahead of time may be required.

How do I get from the hotel to the parks and tours? Is it expensive?

Answer

LISTEN TO ME, It's all INCLUDED. Free buses to get to the parks run at different times a day. Some will only run once or twice a day so it's important to plan ahead. Taxis are also available but can be pricey. Don't expect a cheap taxi ride.

YOU BET! Depending on availability your stay can be extended.

What special items should I bring?

Answer

"Reef Safe" sunscreen and normal sunscreen, closed-toe water shoes/sandals, cash for tips

Will I need formal clothes?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal for our wedding and a couple of restaurants have a dress code that is similar.
