Yes! The venue can accommodate up to 200 cars. We will also provide a shuttle to and from the hotels in Walterboro and our venue.
Our ceremony (depending on weather) will be held outside. The cocktail hour will also be outside the barn. Our ceremony will be held inside the barn with access to fire pits and outdoor seating.
Yes, there will be a shuttle picking up at the hotels leaving at 3:30 to head to the venue. The return shuttle will be leaving the venue at 10:20 pm to return to the hotels and will run until 11 pm.
We request formal attire. Gentlemen, a dark suit and tie are ideal. Ladies, please select a cocktail dress, long dress, or dressy separates. We want everyone to dress their best along with us.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the initiation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.
Please make sure to be there and sitting by 4:20 pm at the latest. The venue will start allowing guests to enter at 3:40pm with gates closing at 4:20pm The ceremony starts at 4:30 and we want to make sure we are on time for the rest of the fun!
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
Yes! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the outside area of the barn, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.
Yes, there will be a sit down buffet style meal of our southern favorites. :)
We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our home. Our items and where we are registered can be found under the registry tab on our wedding website. We are also looking to save money for our honeymoon next summer and would love to be able to put some of our gifts towards that. :)
