Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail attire please. Here's the Google Definition of Cocktail Attire since we had to look it up ourselves: "It's a balance between elegant and comfortable and fancy and pared-back. Instead of a floor-length dress, women can opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi look. Men are requested to wear a suit and tie"

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have two hotel blocks available that are near the wedding venue in Claremont, which is about 30-40 minutes east of downtown Los Angeles. If you're looking to explore more of LA, we might recommend looking at hotels that are more central to LA and getting a rental car to explore. Feel free to reach out for any questions or recommendations!

How can I get to the venue?

Answer

There is a small 14 person shuttle from the DoubleTree Hotel. It will be leaving at 4:50pm and returning at 10:30pm and 11:00pm. There is plenty of parking if you would like to drive and Uber/Lyft/Taxis service the area as well!

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Padua Hills Theatre has plenty of parking available. There will be a parking attendant to make sure that your car and valuables are safe.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style dinner. All allergens will be listed by dish and staff are all informed of ingredients. You can add any allergens to your RSVP as well.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

With the exception of our flower girl, nephew and ring bearer, we are requesting that you do not bring any children. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions about this.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve carefully crafted our guest list, and in order to keep our celebration intimate, we’ve only been able to extend plus ones to those who are specifically listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

Do I have to go to the Welcome Happy Hour?

Answer

No! The welcome happy hour is entirely optional way to connect before the wedding.
