First item on your to do list!
Get a passport…ASAP!! Or if you already have a passport, make sure it is up to date through April 2025. If you need to get/renew your passport then go to the website listed and follow the steps. It’s a simple process but passports will take 2-3 months to process and ship to you. You can go to any local CVS or Walgreens and get a passport photo to attach to the application.

Highly encourage all guests stay here if traveling for the wedding! This is the same location the wedding and all of the fun activities will take place so you will be close by. They have plenty of room options to suit anyone's needs and they are very affordable. They are also right on the beach! A perfect location. This is another great beach front boutique hotel located just a short walk from Baja Joes. I recommend this spot in case all the rooms at Baja Joes fill up! Want a discount? For the more luxurious guests I would recommend this hotel! Its a little more pricey but it’s very nice and also walking distance to the venue.

Airport Shuttle Info
Check out this website for one-way or roundtrip shuttle service to/from the airport in either Cabo or La Paz! Mexico does not have a legal Uber service but you can rent a taxi at the airport, I’m not sure if it will be more/less expensive than these shuttles. I recommend reaching out to get a quote! Although they don’t advertise La Paz-La Ventana transfers on their website, they do offer it if you contact them

La Paz International Airport- Manuel Márquez de León
This is the closest airport to La Ventana! its only 40 minutes away. But you can only fly in to it if you are in Mexico. If you are in the Southern California/San Diego area, we highly recommend using the Cross Border Xpress to go through San Diego into the Tijuana Airport and fly from there. The flight is only 1hr and 30min. It's a super easy process but contact me if you have questions! Just make sure to buy your CBX pass when you purchase your Tijuana-La Paz ticket roundtrip. You can fly from any airport if you fly to Tijuana or Mexico City first, then hop on another flight to La Paz, it's more complicated but you will be closer to your destination.

Los Cabos International Airport
This is the other airport option! Its about 1 hour and 30min-2 hours from La Ventana but you can fly directly there from most airports. There are shuttle services available!
