To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab and type the name listed on your invitation. We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is 4/1/2026
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use the evening as a date night!
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
The ceremony will take place at the Mildred B Cooper Chapel in Bella Vista starting at 5:30 pm. The reception will follow at the Reserve at Osage House in Cave Springs from 6 - 11 pm.
Semi-Formal - polished and elegant but not overly formal. For women think midi and long dresses. It's a spring wedding so lots of colors and floral designs are welcomed! For men think suits or dress shirts. Ties are optional. Let's avoid white on any dresses. Aim for a refined look that's comfortable for celebrating! We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up!
First, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided a list of accommodations under our travel tab with links provided for each location. You do not have to choose ones we provide, but we hope that it will help in your search.
There will be plenty of parking for both the wedding and the reception. Cars left at the reception over night is allowed but will need to be picked up the next morning so you will not be towed.
Your presence will be missed! We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon possible. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes" but find that you will not be able to make it please notify the bride at 314-750-0506.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked "No". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask all phone are put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer and they will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! Feel free to take as many photos/videos you want once the ceremony is finished!
The wedding is at the Mildred B Cooper in Bella Vista. We will only have transpiration for the wedding party and immediate family ONLY. The reception space is located at The Reserve at Osage House which is about a 20 minute drive from the chapel. After the wedding all guest will head to the Reserve for a cocktail hour while the wedding party and immediate family take photos.
