It All Began With A Snack. Our journey began because "Justyce" decided to venture away from home in hopes of getting a college degree. Little did she know the plans God had in store! Like many in the Bible she wandered from home with small amount of personal items but a huge amount of faith. On the other side of the country "Joe" ventured away from home (though not nearly as far) in hopes of finding his land flowing of milk and honey, not knowing that his charisma, wit and charm would lead him to a different kind of promise. At the end of 2015 their worlds would collide and be forever changed. Like many of the couples of the recent generations, we met on-line. I was looking for friends in an unfamiliar and new home, he was looking for someone to help time pass by. The conversation started with a what are you doing, which led to the answer of snacking on Doritos (Joe's recollection) or Starbursts (Justyce's recollection) -this is still an argument between the two and is still up for debate :). Who knew that food would be such a great icebreaker?! We both had quite the busy schedules so we played tag online for awhile. Once the numbers were exchanged the sparks continued to fly and the chemistry soon became unmatched, so on April Fool's Day 2016 after a lot of emotional drama (we were friends and neither wanted to remain so, but neither wanted to push a relationship on the other), we became an item. On April Fool's Day 2018 Joseph decided to seal the deal and ask Justyce to be his one and only, and Justyce promptly accepted and now they are on a journey to create their happily ever after. That is how and when our story began and now we hope that you can join us as a new chapter unfolds and journey with us as we establish and explore our union.

This was no April Fool's day Prank... If you know anything about Justyce you would know that she loves and adores anything that deals with animals and their natural habitats. You would also know that the beach is her favorite place to go and be. So I guess you could say that Joe took her to her happy place and made it a lot happier. Because on the weekend of April 1st of 2018 Joe surprised Justyce with a trip. One that started at the Institute For Marine Mammal Studies and ended with Joe on one knee with a ring at a beach in Long Beach, Mississippi. Giving Justyce the new title of Joe’s fiance.

IYKYK.... While we all know that there is no such thing as a perfect wedding and we all for short of His glory our first Big Day was the definition of a beautiful disaster. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong and our memories as you can imagine are a bit tainted. So what else would you expect from a couple as extra as Joe and I? A beautiful round two hopefully we get to celebrate with you!!!!
