How did we meet?
Answer
Back in the summer of 2016 Ethan and Madison met at a VBS (vacation bible school) trip that was called Bellaire VBS. While there they put on a free VBS for the children that lived in Belliare, OH. It was this trip that sparked their friendship. Fast forward to 2021, while they had not talked in years, they both had moved to Columbus to finish their college education. It was at this point in August of 2021 that Madison reached out the Ethan after finding out that he moved to Columbus as well. They reconnected and it was like no time had ever past. They became best friends again. In May of 2022, they started to date. As time went by they fell more and more in love with one another leading up to the proposal in December of 2022.

What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 3:30pm. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park (unless you have alternate transportation) and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. Please dress accordingly, but keep in mind that the bride and groom would like to reserve their wedding colors for the bridal party and their parents. Those colors are navy blue, sky blue, and burnt rust orange.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is ample amounts of parking at the venue. The bride and groom have decided to reserve the closest spots for those with handicap needs, please be mindful of this when you park. If you need further accommodations please let us know.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP's are expected by September 2nd to provide the bride and groom with enough notice. We are so excited to celebrate our day with you!

What if i don't RSVP in time?
Answer
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
The bride and groom want to celebrate with all of their family, because of this all children are welcome and will be included on the invitations.

What will the bar situation be like?
Answer
We like to be transparent with our guests so they know what to expect. When it comes to the bar, we are still ironing out all the details. The drinks provided for purchase are beer, wine, selective frozen beverages, and liquor, these will be offered in cash bar form or credit (3% fee). There will also be non-alcoholic options, which will be provided at no cost, such as coca-cola, diet coke, sprite, water, coffee, lemonade, and tea. AT NO POINT WILL ANY OUTSIDE ALCOHOL BE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.

We are registered at Target, which you can find under the registry tab.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have blocked rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Canal Winchester for our out of town guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
If you have a food allergy please contact the bride or groom and let us know as soon as possible. This is so we can work with our caterer and make sure you have the accommodations you need.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Anyone who is invited to the wedding will be included on the invitations and RSVPs. Due to the amount of people that we have invited there will be no plus ones, we hope you all understand and cannot wait to celebrate!

To inform our guest we are moving mid June and will have a new address, if you need to send anything our way please use this address: 3309 Wigham Ct. Pickerington, OH 43147. As we transition into our new place we would hate for something to get lost or not reach us, we appreciate your understanding.
