Timmy and Megan began dating in the Fall of 2019, began their relationship from there! Over the last four years they have both moved from southern San Diego up to Oceanside, have stepped into new jobs, and have taken lots of trips back to Oahu and beyond. With all the changes, growth and new adventures that they experienced in the last few years their love deepened which has brought them to this next step in their relationship. They are so excited for this next chapter and all that God has in store for them as they get married!

On July 10, 2023, Timmy and Megan went to Makapu'u Beach. Timmy and his brother, TJ were going to surf and Megan was looking forward to an ocean dip and reading her book. On the walk down though Timmy asked Megan if she wanted to take a photo & naturally she said yes. The next yes was the most important. While taking a few photos (shout out to TJ for getting the shots), Timmy got on one knee and asked Megan to marry him and she said yes! He gave her his late Tutu's (grandmothers) ring and they embraced this moment in one of their favorite places that hold so much importance to the Metcalf family, and even more now after that day. They stayed at the beach to soak it in and got some champagne on the drive home at the local grocery store in Kailua and celebrated that night with the Metcalfs and got to FaceTime family back home in California. It was such a special day and can't wait to celebrate this love and commitment on their wedding day.
