We have room blocks at both Wingate by Wyndham and Hampton Inn & Suites.
Reservations must be booked by 08/20/25 in order to secure the discount code.
These two hotels share a parking lot where a shuttle will be available, to and from.
To take the shuttle to the ceremony, please check in
and be ready to meet in the lobby by 3:30pm.
If you would prefer to drive yourself, parking is available on site.
Share Drivers are sparse - We recommend booking transportation ahead if needed.
