What should women wear?

Answer

We’re inviting everyone to participate in dressing to the 1960s theme, western attire, or a combo of both! However, we understand not everyone can accommodate the request. All we ask is that you avoid avoid pinks, reds, purples, and neon colored outfits.

What should men wear?

Answer

I encourage all men to wear jeans and a long-sleeve button-up shirt. Try to look for shirts that are cream, tan, brown, rust orange, or blue.

Will your ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony may be indoors or outdoors depending on weather. The reception will be held indoors.

How do I get to your venue?

Answer

***Please be aware that your phone may not have service while in the canyon and entrance costs $8 per person*** You may ask the park gate attendants for a map of the park and directions to the Mack Dick Pavilion. However, it’s not difficult to get there from the entrance. Follow the main road past the rim cabins and the visitor center. Keep going. You will have to drive down a fairly steep road to get into the canyon, and once you see the first large parking lot on your left, that is where the pavilion is. If you pass the Texas Outdoor Musical parking lot, you have gone too far.

What time should I be at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts, but account for an extra 10 minutes to drive from the park entrance to the pavilion.

Would you be able to pick/drop us off at the airport?

Answer

Of course! Coordinate sooner rather than later with Wesley or Kailey for transportation.
