Riley's POV: I had the ring for a couple of months at this point and was just trying to find the perfect time. We ended up planning a trip to Spearfish, South Dakota with some friends. I decided this would be the perfect opportunity. After looking at a few different golf courses, I decided Elkhorn Ridge would be the perfect spot. Morgan had no idea what was happening. I definitely knew that was the case when I saw the shirt she decided to wear to the course. After playing 12 holes, we made it to the iconic 13th hole. Once we were on the green, I mentioned to Morgan that she should grab the flag out of the hole for me. The plan was to then be behind her on one knee. She decided that it was the perfect photo opportunity instead so she didn't want to grab the flag. I had to improvise and walk over to where she was on the green after putting instead. I then got down on one knee and asked the most beautiful woman inside and out to spend the rest of her life with me. Thank God she said yes!!! Morgan's POV: We planned a couple's trip to Spearfish, South Dakota with our good friends before they were to move to Florida. It was supposed to be one last weekend of fun before we wouldn't see them for awhile, however, Riley had other plans. While we were golfing on Hole 13 at Elkhorn Ridge (the hole with the best views and photo ops), Riley asked me to hold the flag. I declined and said I was busy taking pictures of him golfing… oops... He then walked over, asked me to talk, and that's when he got down on one knee and proposed. It was the easiest yes ever! I had NO idea it was going to happen; he did a great job surprising me. Little did I know, our friends were in on it too!
