Brenna and Alex, both born and raised Midwesterners made the move to the Rocky Mountains only a month apart from each other in 2023. They matched on a dating app, but really connected during their first date where they went to an arcade bar off of Colfax Avenue. After a few competitive rounds of skeet ball, Alex asked Brenna if she thought the date was going well. She was quick to respond that she wouldn’t still be there if it wasn’t!! They spent the rest of the night bonding over their shared love of traveling, family and of course, hot dish. Falling in love came quickly and easily. They spent the following year traveling to new places, from the castles in Ireland to the arches in Utah, meeting friends and family over beers and cheese curds, and enjoying our golden retriever, Jax’s new backyard. On June 6, 2025, Alex surprised Brenna with a proposal on the top of Guanella Pass at sunset. It was an easy and emotional “yes”! They spent the weekend celebrating in the mountains over pinot noir & slot machines. We are so excited to welcome our closest friends and family to Colorado to kick off this next chapter in our lives!
