Yes, children are absolutely welcome to join in the celebration of our special day! When you RSVP, you'll see your entire party listed, including your children. However, if you prefer to enjoy a kid-free evening and would like to leave the little ones at home, that's perfectly fine too! We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the festivities in whatever way suits you best. If you have any further questions or specific arrangements regarding children, feel free to reach out to us. We're here to ensure everyone has a wonderful time!
We've done our best to accommodate all plus ones, but if you require an additional guest that is not listed on your RSVP, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. We want everyone to feel welcome and included in our celebration!
Yes! There is free parking available for about 75 vehicles. Per the venues policies, they cannot allow for any vehicles to be left in our parking lot overnight. Their gate is closed and locked at the end of each event, and it is not guaranteed what time the gate/parking lot will be open the next day; meaning, friends/family members will not have access to their vehicles. With that said, we would never force one of our guests behind the wheel of their vehicle if they were not able to drive. In past events at Blackstone Rivers Ranch, the planner or a sober friend/family member has moved the vehicle from the parking lot and parked it outside of the gate or across the street.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident at our wedding! Guests are welcome to wear attire that suits their personal style, ranging from garden to formal attire. Whether you prefer a flowy sundress or a tailored suit, we encourage you to dress in a way that makes you feel your best. Please Note: As our wedding venue is nestled in nature, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of their footwear. While we want you to look your best, please consider opting for chunky heels, wedges, shoes or flats, as stiletto heels may not be suitable for the terrain. Ultimately, our priority is for you to enjoy the day with us, so wear what makes you feel comfortable and fabulous!
To ensure you don't miss any of the festivities, here's when we recommend arriving: Join us for a pre-ceremony welcome social from 4:00 PM to 4:25 PM. It's a great opportunity to mingle with other guests and enjoy some light refreshments before the ceremony begins. We'll also be serving champagne to guests over 21 to kick off the celebrations! The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to be seated by this time to ensure a smooth and timely start to the proceedings.
