Shuttle Schedule - Friday & Saturday
Answer
Friday - July 11th | Welcome Party: We will have one shuttle at one pick-up location, Fairfield Inn & Suites Livingston Yellowstone. The shuttle will pick up at 6:45 pm, with multiple return trips beginning at 9:30 until 11:30 pm. Saturday - July 12th | Wedding Day: SHUTTLE ONE: The shuttle service will leave Livingston (Fairfield Inn & Suites Livingston Yellowstone) at 2:45 pm with multiple shuttles leaving the venue beginning at 9:45 pm until midnight. Please plan to arrive early at the shuttle so they can have an on time departure at 2:45. SHUTTLE TWO: The shuttle service will depart from Emigrant, located in the parking lot of the Sinclair Gas Station, 3 Murphy Ln, Emigrant, MT (across the street from The Old Saloon). It will be parked in the back parking lot of the Sinclair gas station, visible from the road. There will be ample parking at the Sinclair Gas Station. The shuttle service departs at 3:00 pm, with multiple shuttles departing the venue from 9:45 pm until midnight. Please reserve a seat(s) in the RSVP section of our website. Where should we stay?
Answer
We recommend staying in Emigrant but as close to the Tom Miner Basin as you can. Of course, Livingston is a good option too. We do have a room block at Fairfield Inn & Suites Livingston Yellowstone and will have a shuttle for guests on both Friday and Saturday. There will be a shuttle in Emigrant, too. See the question above for details.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Montana summers are pretty hard to beat. July 12th will be warm. All this to say, temps do drop in the evening. We would recommend bringing a jacket for the evening!

What type of shoes should I wear?
Answer
We will be walking all over the ranch for the ceremony and reception, all very manageable but we do recommend shoes that allow you to walk comfortably. A wedge, chunky heel, or cowboy boots.

Where is the venue?
Answer
Tom Miner is located in Emigrant, Montana which is in the Paradise Valley (about 40 minutes from Bozeman). To get to the ranch you will be driving up a dirt road for about five miles.

Can our kids come?
Answer
We love your kids, but our wedding is adults only, and we hope you understand. If you need babysitter recommendations, please reach out to us.
