What COVID precautions are in place?

Answer

We are doing everything we can to keep our wedding guests safe in the current climate. There will be masks and hand sanitizer provided as well as private bathrooms for our wedding only. Additionally, social distancing should not be a problem, we are seating tables at half capacity and have limited our guest list to 50 people in a ballroom that could accommodate 500 people. Food can only be consumed when seated, dancing is permitted with a mask and we will be providing games for people that don’t feel comfortable dancing. Bar service will be offered from the bartenders taking and delivering individual orders, no walk up bar service is permitted. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions or concerns.

Can my children attend?

Answer

We truly love your children, but in order to keep the wedding intimate and safe we do ask that you find alternate care for your children. We look forward to celebrating and dancing with them at the larger celebration next year!

May I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation has listed your name and an additional person, that person is of course invited. If you do not see an additional name next to yours, we apologize, but again, to keep things intimate and socially safe, we have limited our guest list accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely, please let us know when you RSVP what your allergy or restrictions are and we are happy to let the caterer know.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30, please make sure to be there and sat before that time.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block where the wedding will take place. There are many other options in the Newport area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the hotel for the ceremony and reception.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are, there are items directly on our site as well as being registered at Amazon.com and Target.com.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding is cocktail attire, please note though that the wedding ceremony will be outside. Please make sure to bring a jacket in case of a chilly day and then we will move into The Easton’s Pavilion for dinner and dancing.
