What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire (Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits for the women, suits and ties for the men)

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Answer
We are doing an unplugged ceremony, so please refrain from taking pictures during that time. However, you are more than welcome to take pictures during the reception! Please use the hashtag #beckysnewcarr on your pictures if you post them on social media, so the bride and groom can see them all!!

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can scan the QR code provided on the RSVP card, and you will be brought to the RSVP page on the website where you can follow the prompts to RSVP. You can also mail back the RSVP card to us!

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
RSVP deadline is by September 11th, 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will counted as not attending. If there are extenuating circumstance, please talk with the bride and the groom.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, unfortunately we cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this an an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy a night out!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! There is a parking lot located to the right of the building, and you will be able to park in there.

If I am staying at the hotel, will transportation be provided to the venue?
Answer
Transportation is not being provided to and from the venue and hotel, attendees will be expected to transport themselves. We highly suggest using Uber or Lyft if you plan on drinking that night!

What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 4:00. We highly suggest you get there 15-20 minutes early to park and find your seats!

What should I do if I have a food allergy?
Answer
Please don't hesitate to inform us if you have a food allergy! The venue is able to accommodate for allergies, as long as they are told a head of time!!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Cocktail hour, and the first hour of the reception will be on us!!! However, after that you will be responsible for purchasing your own drinks!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and the cocktail hour are set to take place outside--so bring a light sweater just in case! The reception is set to take place inside the hall of the country club.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?
Answer
