Are children invited?

Answer

We love your children. However, our ceremony and reception are for adults only. As a resort town, there are a multitude of babysitting options. We look forward to seeing your children throughout the rest of the weekend.

What is the elevation of Steamboat?

Answer

The elevation of the town of Steamboat is 6,732 ft. The elevation of Thunderhead Lodge (ceremony + reception venue) is 9,080 ft. Oxygen provided upon request.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

September in Colorado is beautiful. Come prepared to experience a wide range of weather conditions. The ceremony will be held outside. It could be warm or it could be snowing. Evenings will be cool. We suggest checking the weather 1-2 days before you travel. Regardless of the weather, the air is dry: bring plenty of lotion and be sure to hydrate.

Is the wedding in the town of Steamboat Springs or at Steamboat Resort?

Answer

All of the wedding activities are centered around and withing walking distance of the Steamboat Grand Hotel at Steamboat resort.
