Our love began on the humid beaches of Dauphin Island, Alabama, with sandy surf (and cars), cold margaritas, mardi gras parties, and a lot of laughter with friends. We stood the test of time in the bustle of Washington, D.C. through a PhD, job changes, and even a pandemic. We came to appreciate one another like never before, sharing in a lot of city exploration, stand up comedy shows, fun dining experiences, and visits to urban parks. We are now flourishing in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, where our love for each other is complimented by our love for the outdoors. As we continue to grow in our love, we cannot wait to celebrate the journey it took to get here with all of you who have supported and loved us back along the way!
